Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with you item, we are more than happy to exchange or refund your purchase and we operate a 14 day returns policy from the receipt of your parcel.

Returning your item(s) is super easy, Drop us and Email to let us know the reason and the order number and we can track your order on our system.

Any item(s) to be returned must be wrapped adequately and securely to prevent any damage during transit. The returned item(s) must be in original condition including any original attached tags.

All item(s) will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be returned back to you and will be deemed exempt for refund.

As soon as we are confident the returned item(s) are in original condition we will look to process your refund via your original purchase method or card. Please note the refund may take 3 – 5 working days to be completed by your bank.

Shipping & Handling

You are responsible for the safe return of delivery items and associated shipping charges. We suggest using a recorded or signed for delivery service so the returned item(s) are insured and trackable. Returned goods are your responsibility until they arrive safely back to our office.

Items Returned from outside of the UK

Returns requesting an exchange will be charged postage as per our standard EU or International tariff.
Our returns policy will not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
